In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1-1/2 tsp green relish, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper.
Mix well
Refrigerate until ready to use

1000 Island dressing
As a kid this was my favourite dressing. I have not had this dressing in so long and tonight as I was making a Cobb Salad for dinner I thought 'I am going to make this dressing!' It was really easy and went great with dinner so I thought that if anyone else was a 1000 island dressing (I know there are not a lot out there) lover then you would love this easy to make dressing.
