Meatballs

These meatballs are great for either Spaghetti n' meatballs, Swedish Meatballs, appetizer meatballs... They are really easy to make and really tasty. Last night, I made these meatballs with a sweet n' sour sauce and placed them over a bed of rice. They were delicious!

Ingredients:
1 lb raw ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 handful of chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove crushed
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp salt

In a bowl place approximately 1 lb raw ground beef

Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs, handful of chopped parsley and 1 egg

Add 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 tsp dijon mustard and salt and pepper

Mix with your hands until well combined. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Roll out your meatballs to your desired size.

Place in your preheated 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, turning after about 15 minutes. Depending on your oven cooking time may vary. You can just slice one open if you are unsure the meat is cooked thoroughly.

This was my finished product!

  4. Looks like a great recipe, very similar to the one I ended up making. I'll have to try adding the dijon mustard next time! Thanks for sharing!
