Cream Puff dessert

This dessert was first introduced to me by my sister. It is absolutely delicious. It makes you work your arm muscles but once you devour into this yummy yummy dessert you will be willing to make it again and again... I am unsure where this recipe originally originated from as I don't actually follow anything I have just made it so often I can do it from memory. Here is all you need

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
5 eggs
Topping:
1 package vanilla instant pudding
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 1/2 whipping cream (I add icing sugar and vanilla to sweeten it)
sliced fruit
chocolate sauce

In a sauce pan , place 1 cup water and 1/2 cup butter. Heat until butter is melted

Add 1 cup flour and mix. This will form a ball. Remove from heat.

Using a wooden spoon, add in eggs 1 at a time. You need to mix in each egg until your mixture is smooth and the egg is fully mixed in. Your arm will hurt!

Grease a cookie sheet and spread mixture. Try to spread your mixture out as far as possible

Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for approx 15 minutes or until it is a golden brown colour. When it comes out it will look all bumpy, this is how it should look. You can press down on the bumps to help them deflate a little. Cool

While it is cooling whip up your cream cheese until smooth.

Add package of vanilla pudding and follow how much milk needs to be added on the box. I think it is about 2 cups. Add this into the pudding and cream cheese. Beat your mixture until it is a pudding consistency. If it isn't thick enough place it in your refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes
In another bowl whip your whipping cream, adding 1 tsp vanilla and about 1/3 cup icing sugar for sweetness

Once your cream puff is cooled. Spread your pudding mixture over top

Spread your whipping cream on top of pudding mixture

Slice fresh fruit (I usually do bananas and strawberries) and place on top and drizzle with chocolate sauce

I just couldn't help myself:)
